"Orientation and
annual basic training for all of our
administrative, direct care, and
professional staff was proving to be
costly, time consuming, sporadic,
disorganized, and inconsistently
recorded. Essential Learning provided us
a training program that was very cost
efficient, time efficient, always
accessible, organized, and accurately
recorded. It covered all of our generic
basic training needs, and also added the
extra dimension of professional training
for CEUs. New classes are being added
every month. The supervisory tools are
