I wanted to take a moment to share what a positive impact Essential Learning’s online training has made at Mental Health Cooperative. We are a community mental health agency of approximately 300 employees. We have case managers, masters level crisis workers, RNs, advance practice nurses and psychiatrists, all of whom have stringent and diverse training requirements. Bringing staff together to meet the many hours of annual training requirements was extremely costly and time consuming. With Essential Learning, employees have been able to complete their training when they have free time and even at home on their personal computers if they so choose.
