Florida State University research cites more pain at the pump results in more employees experiencing stress on the job. 800 full-time employees were surveyed and found to be significantly less attentive on the job and less excited about going to work because of high gas prices. Synthesis offers accredited continuing education courses in Cluster-Based Planning. Cluster-Based Planning is designated as a best practice by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. New Accreditations 
We are pleased to announce that the Oklahoma State Department of Health has approved nine Essential Learning courses for Oklahoma Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselors. We also have continuing education for South Dakota Alcohol and Drug Counselors.

Essential Learning has been approved for Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the accreditation for Certified Human Resource Professionals for continuing education and recertification.
